Founder & Managing Director
Mahesh Jain (MJ) is an ambitious, driven, and results-oriented serial entrepreneur with over 34 years of experience in business management and development, marketing, import and export, franchising, and sourcing. From humble beginnings, he has built a distinguished reputation in the global commodities trade.
Having successfully launched ventures spanning food, commodities, hospitality, and infrastructure, he is currently consolidating his commodities business to focus on plastics, metals, and advisory services for new business incubations across ASEAN.
He began his career in Mumbai as a part-time freelance businessman in the chemicals market while still completing his graduation, and went on to run his own garment factory before relocating to Hong Kong. After two years there, he moved his base to Thailand in 1991 — and there has been no looking back since. With numerous successful ventures and projects to his credit, he also mentors young entrepreneurs across geographies. His portfolio spans commodities, textiles, F&B, and the sourcing and incubation of new ideas and concepts.

Anil Acharya is a dynamic professional with boundless energy. After earning his postgraduate degree in Statistics, he went on to master market strategy over a 29-year career. He has been associated with leading business groups and major industries — including glass, pharmaceuticals, and metals — working with renowned companies such as Videocon Industries, Chemox Chemicals, Jhagadia Copper, Tech International (Sharjah, UAE), TDT Copper, and Thai Techno Copper. He has successfully managed major infrastructure and copper projects approved by the Government of Gujarat and the Board of Investment, Thailand. Known for his micro-management skills and operational efficiency, he has consistently secured the best deals in ferrous and non-ferrous metals, chemicals, and agricultural commodities across global markets.

Kwang-Il Lee (Yonsei University graduate, based in Anyang, Korea — yiejun@daum.net, 010-5773-5760) is a veteran Korean entrepreneur with 40+ years across education, trade, and construction: former president of Youngjae Academy, founder of Yejun Trade Co. (import/export with Italy, Canada, Argentina) and Yejun Construction (Bolivia road project, Seoul commercial buildings), later focused on Thailand — Phuket resort/condo developments, Bangkok hospital and business MOUs, an LG U+/LG Electronics energy JV, and helping establish Atomy Thailand. He has lectured on internet international trade at KOTRA and Korean universities and been featured in major Korean media (Joseon, Donga, Joongang, SBS, KBS).
